Our interior design services include full turnkey project execution to ensure a seamless experience from concept to completion. We specialize in modular furniture manufacturing tailored for both commercial and retail space design. Additionally, we offer a wide range of home products, hardware, and décor items. Our project documentation, drawings, and consultations are designed to uphold design ownership rights, ensuring that all final deliverables align with the signed agreement, proposal, or BOQ.

All drawings, 3D renders, concepts, layouts, and designs created by Vantare Design are subject to design ownership rights and remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly transferred. Clients utilizing our interior design services may not reproduce, modify, or share designs with third-party contractors without written permission. Please note that design fees are non-refundable once concepts or drawings have been delivered as part of our turnkey project execution.

Timelines provided during our consultation for interior design services are estimates and may vary due to site conditions, material availability, labor issues, or external factors. Delays caused by suppliers, natural events, political restrictions, transportation, weather, or client-side decisions are beyond our control and may impact the overall timeline of your turnkey project execution. Additionally, any changes in design, materials, or scope may also affect these timelines, including aspects related to design ownership rights.

Payments must adhere to the schedule outlined in the project proposal or BOQ for our interior design services. Work will begin only after the initial advance payment is received, ensuring proper design ownership rights. Delayed payments will affect production, factory work, site work, and installation, compromising the timeline for turnkey project execution. Please note that all payments made towards materials, production, 3D designs, labor, or purchases are non-refundable. The final handover is completed only after the full and final payment is received.

Materials are subject to availability in the market, and in the event of unavailability, we will propose similar alternatives. It's important to note that color variation and natural texture differences—such as those found in tiles, stone, and wood grain—are normal characteristics and are not considered defects. Additionally, for our interior design services, please be aware that imported items may have extended lead times, which can affect the overall timeline for turnkey project execution. We also respect design ownership rights throughout the process.

Any changes made after approval of drawings or BOQ will be treated as extra work and charged separately, ensuring that design ownership rights are maintained. Revisions to 3D renders or design layouts beyond the agreed number will incur extra fees, especially in our interior design services. Additionally, any extra site work not included in the initial BOQ will be charged according to the updated quotation, reflecting our commitment to turnkey project execution.

We provide standard warranties offered by manufacturers for: 

- Hardware items 

- Electrical fittings 

- Appliances 

- Modular components 

At Vantare Design, we ensure that our clients understand their design ownership rights, but we do not provide warranties for: 

- Wear & tear 

- Water damage 

- Improper usage 

- Damage caused by external vendors brought by clients 

- Paint cracks due to building settlement 

- Termite infestation due to building structure 

Our interior design services focus on quality and reliability, especially during turnkey project execution.

Clients must provide safe access to the property for labor, materials, and contractors involved in the interior design services. Vantare Design is not responsible for theft or damage caused by third parties, building staff, or outsiders during the turnkey project execution. Additionally, children, pets, and sensitive items must be kept away from the site during execution to protect design ownership rights.

If the client hires external contractors without informing Vantare Design, we cannot take responsibility for coordination with them. Any damage or interference caused by these contractors will void any warranty or responsibility from our side regarding our interior design services. Furthermore, Vantare Design will pause progress on the project if external contractors disrupt workflow, as this affects our design ownership rights and the overall turnkey project execution.

Vantare Design reserves the right to photograph completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes, in accordance with design ownership rights. Rest assured, personal client information will not be shared, as we prioritize privacy while delivering exceptional interior design services and ensuring seamless turnkey project execution.

If a client cancels after confirmation, all design fees, drawings, material orders, and executed works related to the interior design services will be billed. Work completed until the date of cancellation must be fully paid, as this ensures the retention of design ownership rights. Additionally, advance payments are non-refundable, reflecting our commitment to turnkey project execution.
